Yes, I am a confirmed TV show addict. When I get into a TV show, I become absolutely obsessed. I get into “fangirl” mode and then get into multiple TV show fandoms. I’ve always loved watching TV shows. It wasn’t because I would get bored and I wanted something to cure my boredom. I am just genuinely interested in them. I literally get so obsessed with some TV shows that I become obsessed with searching about theories of the show and obsessed with character development. At one point I kept up with at least 13 TV shows a week. I actually had to download a calendar app to help me keep up with them all and I had to make a list of the TV shows for my planner because I would forget what TV shows I was in to. HASHTAG RIDICULOUS.

Being an addict isn’t something I should be proud of. I just love the thrill each TV show gives me. I’ve been trying to cut down on them because I cannot seem to find the time each week. I hate being behind with a TV show. If I’m at least 3 episodes behind, I stop watching the TV show.

Down below I listed some TV shows that I am currently watching, my all-time favorites, my guilty pleasures, ones that fuck up my life but I still love/d watching anyway, ones that I seem to have lost interest in and ones that I am looking forward to. NOTE: These are not all the TV shows that I watch or have watched. These are just the ones I thought were worth mentioning.

ALL TIME FAVORITES:

One Tree Hill - Don't get me started on how obsessed I was and still am with this show. This was the first ever show that helped me become the addict I am today. (HAHAHA) My favorite season will forever be season 3.
Game Of Thrones - I am proud to say that I have never binge-watched GOT. I was interested in this show since the series premiere a couple of years ago. I've been hooked ever since.
Orange Is The New Black - LESBI-honest, I wasn't that interested in this show in the beginning. Only because I didn't really like the main character. But after the show started developing the different storylines of other characters, I couldn't get enough.

GUILTY PLEASURES:

Keeping Up With The Kardashians - I am not ashamed. I do not care if you think less of me because I watch this show. I LOVE KOURTNEY.
Survivor - I haven't been watching from the beginning but I have been watching since Survivor: One World (season 24) I take this show seriously. By the first episode of each season, I already know who I'm rooting for.
2 Broke Girls - This is my happy show. Every time I feel like shit, I put this on to help me smile. I love watching the actors trying not to laugh at each other in a scene.

ONES THAT FUCK UP MY LIFE:

Jessica Jones - This fucked me up for a couple of weeks after watching all the episodes. I was literally fucked up by the end of the first episode. I don't know why, but in some twisted way, I kinda relate to the main character, Jessica Jones. (But I don't have super strength though) PLUS! I melt every time David Tennant screams "JESSICA" ~~because I'm kinda attracted to him and his fucked up character~~.
Scream Queens - I don't love this show because of its plot. I love this show because of the subtle jabs the characters make at a lot of things. (I screamed when Chanel number 1 took a jab at Taylor Swift when she surprised her fans one Christmas) I didn't think I would be into the mystery of the show, but I definitely was/am.
How To Get Away With Murder - HOLY FUCKING SHIT SHONDA RHIMES WILL BE THE DEATH OF ME. I can't talk about this show without spoiling anything but this is definitely the number 1 "I'm gonna fuck you up for life" show ever.
Scandal - See my sentiments for How To Get Away With Murder. Shonda Rhimes will always fuck me up for life.
Making A Murderer - By the 4th episode of this documentary/show, I was cursing every single person on the screen. If you like documentaries, mysteries and murders, this is the show for you. If you hate the unjust police department/unjust people in power, this show IS NOT for you. You'll just stress about how fucked up the world is.

ONES THAT I HAVE LOST INTEREST IN:

LOOKING FORWARD TO:

Shadowhunters - I loved the Mortal Instruments. So I knew I was going to enjoy the TV version of the movie. I've only watched the first episode but I have watched it 3 times already. I just know I'm going to become really obsessed with this show.
American Crime Story - I'm going to be honest here: I'm looking forward to this show because of my obsession with the whole OJ Simpson murder trial. I always have been. Although every season is a new story (just like American Horror Story), I am so interested in the development of this show.

SEE!? I definitely have a problem. I promise that I'm trying to cure my addiction by lessening my interest in certain TV shows.
