Embrace the Suck

Here's the truth: I've been having a pretty shitty week. I've been anxious about things and I have had multiple panic episodes daily. Basically, I've been feeling completely pathetic. Maybe it's PMS, maybe it's just my anxiety... maybe it's both?
This is my first shitty week in 2016 and I am fully embracing it. Let's face it, no matter how positive you want to be, there will always be shitty weeks. It's unavoidable. We are human and SURPRISE! we all have feelings. That is fine. What's not fine is not accepting it and ignoring it because then it will consume you. I always did this by burying it deep down and letting weeds grow to cover up the patch of dirt. I used to have a whole garden of weeds. And they were taking up space for my pretty flowers.
TIP: You just got to let the feelings flow through your body and it will. You will stay in a rut until you decide otherwise.
I used to let the internet know about my shitty day by venting it out on Twitter. (Never Facebook! There are too many people on there that like to see the world burn.) I'm trying not to anymore. And by trying I mean that I'm not tweeting details about the shitty things but I am simply acknowledging them. Like "Hey Twitter! Something shitty just happened, but that's okay." Not "Holy fucking shit! I burnt my fucking hand on the stove! I'm probably going to die!"
... that may or may not have happened but I will never tell. :D
But do you see the difference?
I'm having a shitty week but I don't want it to reflect on my blog so to end this post I'm going to share some little things that make me happy just to lighten the mood.
LITTLE HAPPY THINGS:

Blogger's disclaimer: I am comfortable with profanity hence why I use profanity in my posts and in my tweets. If you are not comfortable with profanity, then simply don't read what I write. I don't hate on you for choosing to not use profanity, so please spare me the lecture on how classy ladies should speak... I mean write in this case.
